Horror Fire in Samastipur: On Thursday, a terrible fire broke out in ward number 9 of Lakhanpatti village in Samastipur, causing massive destruction. Seventy houses were burnt to ashes in no time, leaving many families homeless. The fire spread so fast that people did not even get a chance to save their belongings.
How did the fire start?
The exact cause of the fire has not yet been ascertained, but according to the villagers, it started at Dinesh Paswan’s house. At the time of the incident, people were preparing to sleep after dinner. Suddenly, smoke started rising from Dinesh Paswan’s house, and it became a terrible fire in a few minutes. Due to strong winds, the fire spread rapidly and quickly engulfed the surrounding homes.
70 houses burnt to ashes
The fire was so fierce that its flames reached ward number 7 via ward number 9. By the time the fire engines reached the spot, 70 houses were completely burnt. In this accident, many families including Phulo Devi, Dinesh Paswan, Geni Paswan, Sonu Paswan, Upendra Paswan, Ramdev Paswan, Mahendra Paswan, Bijo Paswan, Ramprasad Paswan, Guddu Paswan, Rudal Paswan, Shankar Paswan, Raja Paswan, Asharfi Paswan, Dharmendra Paswan, Nathuni Paswan and Kuldeep Paswan became homeless.
