Ingredients for making gram flour laddu:
500 grams of flour
250 grams sugar
100 grams ghee
4 cardamom seeds
8-10 pistachios
5-8 cashews
8-10 almonds
Method of making gram flour laddu:
First, heat a pan and add gram flour. Fry the gram flour well on low flame for 5-6 minutes until it turns light golden. Then, take it out onto a plate and set it aside.
In the same pan, add four spoons of ghee, along with finely chopped pistachios, cashews, and almonds, and fry until the mixture becomes light red.
Prepare sugar syrup in a separate vessel. Boil 250 grams of sugar and add 100 grams of water. Add roasted gram flour and mix well when the syrup is thick enough.
When the mixture cools down, add cardamom seeds to it and then make round laddus from it.
Store the prepared laddus in an air-tight container. These laddus remain fresh for 10-15 days.
