One bowl of sugar
Half a teaspoon of cardamom powder
Half a liter of milk
10-12 cashews
10-12 almonds

Raisins
Ghee for frying

Method of preparation

Prepare the batter: First of all, mix flour, semolina and sugar in a vessel and mix well. Then add milk slowly and make a batter. Make sure that there are no lumps in the batter.
Add dry fruits: Now add finely chopped cashews, almonds and raisins to this batter and mix. You can add more dry fruits as per your choice.
Set the batter: Keep the batter covered for about half an hour to 1 hour. This will make the Malpuas more fluffy and tasty.
Fry the Malpuas: Heat ghee in a pan. When the ghee is well heated, pour the batter in small round shapes with the help of a spoon. Keep the flame medium so that the Malpuas are well cooked from inside as well.
Fry till golden: Fry the Malpuas till they are golden. When they are cooked from one side, turn them over and fry from the other side till they are golden.
Serve: Take out the fried Malpuas in a plate and place them on tissue paper so that the excess oil drains out.

Tips

If you want, you can also add a little saffron to the batter. This will enhance the color and taste of the Malpuas even more.
Malpuas can also be served by dipping them in sugar syrup.
You can decorate the Malpuas with dry fruits and coconut powder as per your choice.
