Ingredients

1 cup Gum
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup dry coconut, grated
1/4 cup makhana
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup watermelon seeds
1/4 cup chironji
2 tbsp white poppy seeds
1/2 cup bura (powdered sugar)
1 tsp ginger powder

Method of preparation

Step 1: Heat ghee in a pan and fry coconut until it becomes light brown. Then, take it out in a bowl.
Step two: Add makhana to the same pan and fry them well.

Step three: Heat ghee in a pan and fry the gum till it swells. Then take it out and fry almonds, cashews, watermelon seeds and chironji.

Step four: Roast poppy seeds in a pan for about a minute. Then, crush the gum and make a coarse powder.

Step five: Heat ghee in a pan and roast wheat flour on low flame. When the flour is roasted, mix ginger powder and roasted nuts, see, ds and crushed git.

Step six: Add more and mix everything well if the ghee seems less. When this mixture cools down a bit, add powdered sugar to it.
