In the electric automobile industry, Kia has announced the facelift of its already famous electric vehicle, the EV6. This was a facelift every car enthusiast was awaiting as the EV6 is already a household name when it comes to the talk of electric cars.

Facelift:

 

Announced on the 17th of January at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, the new Kia EV6 is said to launch in March 2025. Gwangju Lee, the CEO of Kia India, has stated that the new EV6 facelift will redefine the standards for electric mobility. This is a bold claim to make as there are many other leading automobile companies in India like Mahindra who are competing with Kia for the top spot of the electric automobile industry in India. The statement by Mr. Gwanggu Lee has further raised the expectations for the facelift.

Range:

 

As announced by Kia, the EV6 will have a mind-blowing range of 650 Km per charge, outclassing other electric vehicles like the Nexon EV, and MG Comet by a mile as those vehicles have a range of about 400-550 Km. This can also be considered the case as the EV6 is considered a car in the Luxury range of cars as opposed to the Mid-range price category.

Newly updated exterior: The designers at Kia have decided to go with a bold look for the exterior. Safety Features: The Kia EV6 will be coming with 7 airbags, 360-degree parking
cameras, and ADAS (advanced driver assistance system)New interior design: The EV6 will be coming with a 12.3-inch driver display and a 12.3-inch touchscreen display. Talking about the seats, the EV6 will have comfortable leather seats.

 

Price:

 

Though the price for the Kia EV6 facelift will be revealed in March 2025, our sources suggest that this car will be launching in the price range of around 60–65 lakhs which is a justifiable amount considering its features and astonishing range.

The 520L of boot space is somewhat less if you are on a long trip with your family. Rearfoot space: The rear footroom or legroom can cause a lot of discomfort if you are on a long trip.
