2025 Budget – Ration Free Scheme for 80 Crore People! Will the 80C section limit increase or not ?

Budget 2025: There have been many announcements made by the Central Government in the last Budget. Now there are very few days left in the final presentation of the 2025 Budget and all eyes are on the same.

India’s Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present a general budget on 1st February. The common people or the general people of India have a lot of hope from this presentation.

 

 

Ramdas Athawale, Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment has confirmed that they will keep on providing the free food grains to the people who are experiencing poverty in the budget 2025-2026.

There are high chance that a 30% tax rate can be implemented on an income that is more or at the level of 20 Lakh. There will be a change in the income tax slab in this new tax system.

Increase in the Deduction of the 80C section limit.

 

Currently, the maximum deduction limit under Section 80C of the Income Tax is 1.5 lakhs. Discussions are going on internally that will be increased in the limit up to 2 lakhs considering the inflation. As of now, there is no official announcement being made regarding this change. But this will be a relief for the general people once this rule is out.

The Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment has said that the budget will be beneficial for everyone this year. They are just not only providing free food grains to the people who are below poverty and experiencing challenges in life to meet their daily needs. They will also be provisioning the Drug Free India Campaign which will help lakhs of people become aware of the Drugs and addiction related to them.

Under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojna (PMGKAY) people will get free monthly food from the Government. 

Farmers, poor, Youth, Women, and unemployed people will be happy after the budget 2025-26 is announced, this has been proclaimed by Athawale. The government will keep on introducing many such schemes which include Prime Minister Modi’s scheme of providing free food to 80 Crore people of India.
