Hard Copy Collection from DEO Office
For those who prefer it on paper, the appointment letters will be made available in the district education officer’s (DEO) office by the coming Monday. The appointment letter should be despatched to the respective teachers by the school Principal.
Bihar Board Inter and Matric Results 2025: Tentative Date
As per the official updates, the Bihar Board Inter (Class 12) results will be announced in March 2025, while the Matric (Class 10) results are likely in April 2025.

Marks Entry Process for Evaluation Centers
- All marks shall be recorded in the award sheet as well as in the marks file.
- Data entry at evaluation centers will be done by MPP (Marks Posting Personnel).
MPP Selection and Download of Appointment Letter
The board has accepted that the selection of personnel for each center would be based on the MPP list sent by the DEO office. Their appointment letters will be made available on the Bihar Board website.
- MPPs may download their appointment letters under the ‘MPP Appointment Letter (Higher Secondary) Exam 2025 ‘ section at letter12.biharboardonline.com.
Strict Warning for Action Against Absentees
The board of Bihar has mentioned in clear terms that anyone, whether a teacher or an MPP appointed for evaluation work, who does not join duty will be subjected to legal action in accordance with the provisions of the Bihar Examination Conduct Act, 1981.
