News is coming from the Bihar that NDA government which is running there under the leadership of Nitish Kumar did an expansion in his cabinet. Seven Candidates who take the oath are from the BJP. As All of us know there are assembly elections in Bihar in November. BJP’s earlier State president resigned from the ministerial role.
Name of the Candidates
This Wednesday Nitish Kumar expanded his Cabinet by taking seven more persons from BJP. The names of these candidates are as follows.
Sanjay Sarogi -MLA Darbhanga
Sunil Kumar – 4 time MLA in the past Currently MLA from Bihar Shreef
Jibesh Mishra – MLa from Jala Second Time Minister
Motilal Prashad – MLA from Reega
Krishan Kumar Mantoo- MLA from SARAN
Raju Kumar Singh-MLA from SahebGanj
Vijay Mandal -5 time MLA
These seven people took the oath today as cabinet ministers.
What Was the Statement of Motilal Prasad After Taking Oath
He said as a party worker and MLA, it is my habit to take care of my responsibilities Although this role is new for me I have gained experience while working with the party this experience will surely help me to work in my new role. He mentioned that the department assigned to me, and I will do my best to fulfill my duties with full dedication.
After two days Bihar budget is also about to be released so the party has taken this decision. Earlier Party state president left his position by saying one person one post.

Vijay Kumar Mandal: In the journey of politics, one such name who never learned to turn back in his political background. A person with such a personality whom every party considered a guarantee of victory. He is Sikti BJP MLA Vijay Kumar Mandal. On Wednesday, Vijay Kumar Mandal was made a minister in the cabinet expansion of the Chief Minister government. Due to this, there is a wave of happiness among the people of the area. He has also been a minister of state once before this.
By including five-time MLA Vijay Kumar Mandal in the cabinet (Nitish Cabinet Expansion), the NDA alliance including BJP is trying to woo OBC voters in the Seemanchal area. In the 2020 assembly elections, Vijay Kumar Mandal of BJP from Sikti defeated his nearest rival Shatrughan Mandal of RJD.
In the year 2000, when RJD did not give him a ticket, he contested as an independent and won. After the victory, RJD made him a minister of state in the Bihar government. Vijay Kumar Mandal won from BJP in the 2015 and 2020 assembly elections. In 2024, the party made him the chief whip.
Sunil Kumar, who belongs to the Kushwaha community, was the second to take the oath. Kumar, who has been an MLA from Biharsharif four times, won for the first time in 2005. He left the JD(U) in 2013 and joined the BJP and won on a BJP ticket in the 2015 and 2020 elections.
Jibesh Kumar, who comes from the Bhumihar caste, is an MLA from the Jale assembly seat in Darbhanga. He has been an MLA for two consecutive terms and has also been a minister in the previous NDA government.
Senior MLA Vijay Kumar Mandal won for the first time in 1995 on a BJP ticket. Kumar, who belongs to the Kewat community, won from Araria in 2000 as an independent candidate, but later joined the BJP again and won twice from Sikti in 2015 and 2020.
Raju Kumar Singh is from the Rajput community won the election in 2020 from the Sahebganj seat on a Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) ticket but later joined the BJP along with two other MLAs, leaving the VIP with no representation in the Assembly.
Moti Lal Prasad from EBC is the BJP MLA from Riga seat in Sitamarhi who won in 2020 on a BJP ticket. He had won the seat in 2010 but lost to the Congress in 2015. Moti Lal Prasad from the Economically Backward Class (EBC) is the BJP MLA from Riga seat in Sitamarhi who won in 2020. He had earlier won the seat in 2010 but lost to the Congress in 2015.
Krishan Kumar Mantoo from the Kurmi caste represents the Amanour seat in Saran. He was earlier with the JD(U), won in 2010 but lost to the BJP in 2015. later on, he joined the BJP and won the election again in 2020.
Sanjay Sarogi: he is from Darbhanga Bada Bajar . He is an educated minister who is having MBA and MCom Degree
