Sector-38 Firing
SECTOR 38 firing took a new turn after The recording of drug smuggler Bala’s daughter-in-law revealed the collusion of policemen with drug smugglers. Bala’s daughter-in-law’s voice recording was found in drug smuggler Deepak’s phone. If sources are to be believed, after this recording, the officers had ordered to register an FIR against Constable Pradeep and Constable Surendra.
As per the information on other publishers drug smuggler Deepak has given a recording to the district crime cell. This recording was sent by Bala’s daughter-in-law to Deepak on WhatsApp, in which the woman is saying Deepak your phone has come, take the phone. But Pradeep and Surendra’s names were not taken in this recording. The surprising thing is that the department took action against its policemen, but no action was taken against Bala’s daughter-in-law. Whereas Deepak was directly in contact with drug smuggler Bala’s daughter-in-law.
This Firing took place when Deepak came again to take the Drug.
Sources said that a day before the firing incident, Deepak had come to Bala to get crackball (drugs). Where he met Bala’s son. Bala was in jail, due to which she could not get the crack ball. Deepak had said that he would come again as per his wish to arrange the crack ball. After this, when he came again to get the crack ball, the firing took place.
Cop Surendra’s name was not in the disclosure report
After the interrogation of Deepak in the district cell, an FIR was registered in Sector-39 police station on the disclosure report of drug smuggler Deepak. Pradeep’s name was in the report, but Surendra’s name was not there in the report. Deepak had told that there was another employee with Pradeep. Deepak did not know his name. At the same time, Deepak had talked about the third person, who was in a tracksuit. Till now the police have not been able to trace that person. The second time, two policemen were sitting in the car in uniform while snatching a mobile from him. The third policeman was in a suit.
Deepak had revealed in the interrogation that Pradeep had released him twice before the firing incident. The first time, Rs 35 thousand, a crack ball (drugs) and a mobile were snatched from him. The second time, his gold chain was snatched from him. Both times he was caught and released. Deepak had said that Bala’s Daughter-in-law had returned his mobile.
Pradeep and Surendra were sent to jail after three days of remand
After three days of remand, Pradeep and Surendra were presented in the district court on Friday. From there they were sent to jail in judicial custody. When Pradeep and Surendra were talked to in the court in this case, they said that they did not know the drug smuggler Deepak. They had never met Deepak before the firing incident. They said that they could have lost their lives due to the firing. If they had not tried to catch him, Deepak would not have been identified and he would not have been caught. Pradeep and Surendra said that an FIR was registered against them and they were arrested at the behest of a wanted criminal who was absconding. If Deepak had made allegations against them, a departmental inquiry could also have been opened against them. If found guilty in the investigation, the officers could have taken any action against them.
