Ingredients
Milk
Chopped dark chocolate
Corn flour
Thick cream
Digestive biscuits
Powdered sugar
Cocoa powder
Method of preparation
First, combine dark chocolate and milk in a bowl and heat them in a double boiler for a few seconds.
Grind the biscuits to make a powder and mix it in the chocolate milk mixture. Mix it well.
Spread the mixture by placing butter paper in the cake tin.
Combine milk, corn flour, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, and cream in a pan and beat well until smooth and thick.
Spread this mixture over the biscuit layer.
Heat dark chocolate and cream in a bowl in a double boiler and mix.
Spread this mixture over the remaining two layers of pastry.
Refrigerate the pastry for 5-6 hours.
Take it out of the freezer, cut the pastry into desired shape,s, and serve.
Tips
If you do not want to make a lot of pastry, you can also make it in a small glass jar.
You can change the amount of chocolate and cream according to your choice.
