Pariksha pe charcha 2025 with Deepika Padukone: The famous Bollywood celebrity Deepika Padukone joined the new episode of Pariksha pe Chacha 2025 to motivate students. It was the second episode in series. As the board exams are just around the corner and March is approaching for all the school students stress and anxiety among the age group can be seen.

For battling against this environment and to provide full support mentally the best scheme of  PM Modi involves Pariksha pe charcha sessions which usually conducted around this time of year. For an episode this year Deepika Padukone was invited to give students encouragement and support mentally.

Deepika’s journey to overcome depression

Deepika started her speech by recounting her experience as she fight back a long and dark battle of depression which for her was in year 2014.She recalled her struggle to fight anxiety even when she was at a peak in her career and was very successful and busy in her work alongside feeling helpless and hopeless to get any solution. She told the students that it was her mother who noticed the symptoms and convinced her to take professional help which helped her in recovery.

She stressed on the method of open communication. And asked student to tell your loved ones how you are feeling. She highlighted the message given by PM Modi in his book ‘Exam warriors’ -‘Express not supress’. She asked student to let go of stress by speaking it out to your trusted ones.

She addressed students by saying Examination is a name which is naturally related to obvious  occurrence of stress anxiety and self doubts. She shared her fear of maths recollecting her academic challenges. Deepika who is a new mom in the town told students that parents and teacher should be your go to place to alleviate burden of negative thoughts and emotions.

She advised the key points to decrease rate of stress:

  1. Prioritize Sleep
  2. Seek Fresh air and Sunlight
  3. Reach out to near ones to vault out your feelings
  4. Healthy meals also helps.

Deepika who is an example of how Hard work can make you successful told encourages student to do self improvement to normalize self doubt and elevate from mindset of destructive competition.
