Fake Video Controversy: Aaradhya Bachchan Files Petition in Court, Notice Issued to Google

Aaradhya Bachchan, Abhishek, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s daughter have filed another case in the Delhi High Court. In this appeal, she sought assistance because false and misleading information regarding her health continues to appear on numerous websites and portals. The information should be removed immediately. The court has issued a notification about the petition.

 

The court sent notice

In her petition, Aaradhya seeks a summary judgment on the case. This led to a court appearance on Monday, and notices were issued to Google and other websites. According to the notice, individuals who had promulgated false information have failed to appear in court, and they no longer have a chance to defend themselves. The court date will be held on March 17, 2025.

 

What’s the big deal?

Aaradhya Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter, approached the court in April 2023 along with her father, Abhishek Bachchan. She complained of false videos and incorrect information regarding her increasing popularity on YouTube. The High Court instructed YouTube to discontinue displaying incorrect information regarding Aaradhya’s health and the false videos. On the other hand, the videos of the case were ordered by the High Court to be pulled down by Google immediately.

The popular celebrity kids are Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, and her 13-year-old daughter Aaradhya Bachchan who often goes out with her mother, Aishwarya. She made the headlines over her hairdo as well as her laid-back personality. Many photographs and videos of her circulate on the social media site.
