News is coming from Hyderabad about one insane ex-serviceman who is doing the job of a guard and murdered his wife very brutely. Gurumurthy who is an ex-serviceman killed his wife after an argument.
His wife was 35 years old and was residing with him in Telangana Hyderabad. This incident took place in Venkateshwara Colony comes under the Meerpet Police Station. In Rangareddy district.
The victim’s name was Puttavenkatta Madhavi and she was missing from 18th January Her Mother Subhamma complained to the police. Madhavi had walked out of the house after arguing with Gurumurthy on January 16.
Inspector Nagaraju who was the investigation officer took the suspect who was working as a security guard in Kanchanbagh into custody. After interrogation, he confessed that he killed his wife with a knife after a heated argument.
Boiled part in cooker
As per his confession, he said after killing his wife, he worked towards clearing the evidence. To do so he chopped her body in the bathroom after that he boiled the parts in a pressure cooker. He separated the bones from flesh and crushed the parts with the help of a pestle. After doing so he boiled the body again.
He cooked the parts repeatedly for three days. After that, he packed it in a bag and dumped it into the lake. As of late Wednesday, police were trying to trace the body parts where Gurumurthy claimed to have disposed of the body parts. As per the officials, Dog Squad is also working on the same to trace the body parts.
DCP Statement
DCP of LB Nagar said that although the murderer self-claimed the crime still they are continuing the investigation. As of now, we are not finalizing the death as we have to find out the real truth.
Both Madhavi and Gurumurthy were married thirteen years ago. And we’ve been living in Venketeshwara Colony with their two children for the last five years. On Murder Day children were at his sister’s house.
As per Cop Gurumurthy had made a missing drama and informed her parents about the same. As per the statement of meerpate SHO, they are treating this case as a missing person case because no evidence of a suspected person has been found yet.
The team is working on all aspects to solve this case.
