A new feature may come very soon on Instagram’s popular short video platform. It is being said that Instagram users are going to get the facility of dislike. Currently, there are reports of this feature being tested. A report in the New York Post says that Instagram’s new feature gives users the option to dislike an Insta comment if they do not like it. This button looks like a downgrade arrow. Meaning, a downward arrow will be visible. You will see this option in the comment section. This feature is like Reddit’s downvote. Instagram has been denying this feature till now. But now the company has officially announced this feature.

Instagram’s Adam Mosseri has posted a post on the social media platform. In this, he clarified that the count of dislikes will not be visible. That is, it will not be known how many people have disliked the comment. Also, no one will know how many people have disliked the content. Dislikes will be counted in the ranking of comments. A screenshot has been shared regarding this. It can be seen in it that there is a down arrow in the comment section.
