Punjab police Recruitment: Police has started taking an application for the recruitment of constables in armed police cadre and District police cadre. The total vacancy are expected to be over 1750. Eligible candidates willing to fill the application can start filling it online by Today as the last date for acceptance of forms by 13th march 2025.
The vacancy breakdown is as follows:
District police cadre: 1261 in the cadre
Armed police cadre: 485 posts in this cadre
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should have completed class 12th or equivalent qualification from recognized board or university. The age criteria is set between 18 to 28 years of age. anybody older than 28 will not be able to sit in the examination.
Selection procedure for Police Recruitment
Applicants must have to undergo 3 stages of screening:
Stage 1: CBT exam – After completion off CAF form one has to take test of CBT.
Stage 2: Physical screening test which is a medical test along with PMt measure test; Qulifing in nature
Stage 3: Document Verification

Ex servicemen(Punjab state) and Lineal descendants of ESM: Rs 500
SC/ST and EWS candidates: Rs 700
Candidates must pay the fee online, as no alternative payment will be accepted.
