Ingredients
Tomatoes – 10 pieces
Ginger – 1 small piece
Garlic – 5-6 cloves
Green chilli – 1-2 pieces

Red capsicum – 1 piece
Onion 1/2 chopped
Black pepper – according to taste
Salt according to taste

Method to make Roasted Tomato Soup

Cut the tomatoes and red capsicum in half and place them in a baking tray.
Add ginger, garlic, green chilli, basil leaves, half onion, black pepper and salt in the tray.
Sprinkle olive oil on all these and place the tray in the oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.

Prepare the paste:

After roasting the vegetables, put them in the mixer and make a paste.
Sieve this paste and separate it.

Cook the soup:
