Smooth traffic movement is essential to ensure maximum safety and comfort for the pilgrims who may flock into Babaji’s abode. Quite a few people participate in a Ganesh Chaturthi procession in Deoghar every year, regardless of the restrictions in place. In light of this, Deoghar has a potential for another procession at the instance of entry ban.
2.Provision of Unobstructed Roads for Shiv Processions
3.Road closure must not be applied during the processions.
4.Access for Emergency Services
Blocked roads cause delays in ambulances and emergency services and must adhere to traffic regulations.
