2025 UP Police Recruitment: New Admit cards have been issued to those candidates whose document verification along with the PST was completed by January 2024
2025 UP Police Bharti: Starting today which is 10th Feb 2025, the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) of the UP Police Constable Recruitment will be initiated. There have been changes made in the UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board for the candidates who will appear in the Physical Efficiency Test.
Many restrictions are added to the accessories that are worn during the test, one is the wristwatch which the candidate is wearing has to be digital to track the distance covered concerning the time taken for that run.
The recruiting board has posted online site X, “ During the Physical Efficiency test (PET) to be conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board for qualified candidates under Direct Recruitment-2023 for the posts of constable Civil Police, some candidates had requested to use wrist watches.
After considering the said request, the Board decided that keeping in view the sanctity of the examination of the candidate, the Board is making the arrangements for digital watches at the PTE venue.”
All those candidates who have passed the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Document Verification of UP Constable Police Recruitment 2023 are called for the PET. Under this new rule, there are changes made for both males and females separately.
All the male candidates will have to run a full 4.8 km in 25 minutes. Whereas female candidates will have to complete a 2.4 km in just 14 minutes. These changes are made to have a proper system that gives equal opportunities to all genders.
For the Physical Efficiency Test, all the Admit cards have been issued to those candidates who have already completed the process by 24th January of getting Documents Verified along with the PST. Only the candidates whose document verification is still under process have not received the Admit Card till now.
The Admit Card will also be available for download for those candidates whose document verification and PST were completed after 24th January in the second phase of PET.
