Weather Update: Rapid Weather Changes Across India, Dense Fog, Rain, and Cold Expected

Weather Update: The weather across India is rapidly changing day by day with the dense fog, cold weather and sprinkle of rains on the way. According to the Indian meteorological department MD has updated that yet in the month of January there is much more rain, dance Fogs and fallen temperature can happen in different parts of the country. The mode of the weather is shifting quickly and people across the country should be prepared for varying conditions.

Dense fog in Delhi and other Regions


Today in Delhi the day started with the dense fog that significantly reduced the visibility, causing disruption in traffic and daily activities.


The IMD has updated that this kind of dense fog can be expected to be the same in the north part of India including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Rajasthan in the coming days.

Cold wave in Rajasthan


The Rajasthan is experiencing a significant dip in the temperature due to the cold wind blowing from the North.
The hill station of the Mount Abu is filling very cold due to the cold wave blowing. The lakes in the Mount Abu have been frozen as the temperature has fallen to 0 degree Celsius. This is the very low temperature that Mount Abu and Rajasthani are facing.


The IMD has issued The warning of dense fog in the many parts of the Rajasthan specially for next 2 to 3 days. Some areas such as Bikaner, Jaipur, Kota and Bharatpur could see the thick and drop in the temperature.

 

The fog can drop down the temperature and make it chill in the air.

As of today Saturday January 18 the temperature in the Rajasthan can expected to be remain cold with dense Fogg in several regions including Bikaner Kota Jaipur and Bharatpur. Eastern Rajasthan can get the light rain in some areas while the Western Rajasthan will remain dry.The minimum temperatures recorded in various cities across Rajasthan include:

Sikar: 4.0°C

Pilani: 6.4°C

Jalore: 6.8°C

Ajmer: 6.9°C

Jaisalmer: 7.0°C

Jaipur: 7.8°C

These chilly temperatures combined with the dense fog will make for an intense winter experience for residents of Rajasthan.

Snow falls in the Hills


Meanwhile the hill station of Jammu and Kashmir Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand are experiencing in the snowfall and the fall in temperature has been seen. The IMD has predicted that the north States can see fall in temperature by 2 degree Celsius.

The snowfall is expected by January 21 and 22 in the area will be Jammu and Kashmir Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

 


The Jammu and Kashmir is already facing the heavy snowfall in the state due to which the daily life of the people are becoming difficult with road blocks and difficult travel conditions in the remote region.
The snow is expected to continue in the similar states like Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand which will likely lead to a cooler temperature and possibility of road closure in certain areas.

Uttar Pradesh and Bihar weather forecast


Uttar Pradesh is expected to experience drive weather for next few days but the IMD has issued Orange warning alert for dense fog in 20 districts including the capital Lucknow.
Due to this weather it can reduce the visibility and can cause a drop in temperature.

 


The IMD has issued a yellow warning for foggy conditions in the 43 districts of Uttar Pradesh. Light rain can be seen in the different parts of Uttar Pradesh between January 20 and 24.

On the other hand the Bihar can face the foggy condition over the weekend specially on Saturday and Sunday. The foggy condition can impact the urban and rural areas.
